Tips for holey dosas

Living away from home but missing mom's holey dosas?

Try these tips that helped me!

1. Take the store-bought/homemade dosa batter out of the fridge and pour it into an open container.
2. Let the batter sit in the container and air out for 15-20 mins until you see small bubbles popping up.
3. Grease the pan with onion.
4. DO NOT pour oil on the pan before the batter.
5. Pour the batter, spread it in circles to make your dosa and then add a few drops of oil before taking it out.
6. To steam the dosa, cover the dosa pan with a lid and take it out when ready.
